Every day we face a lot of rejection in various forms. Few instances we take it personal and few we don’t even notice. Why is that? It is due to the fact that subconsciously we have certain expectations and whenever they are not met, we experience rejection and eventually disappointment.
Here are certain affirmations and thoughts we can keep telling ourselves to deal with any rejection in a better way

If you win without expecting, it will give you immense joy. If you lose without expecting to lose, you will have enough clarity in your mind to learn from the failure .Again, everything happens for a reason.
- Live one day/one task/one decision or even one hour at a time to reduce the feeling of being stressed out and overwhelmed.
Start living a life where you perform every task every action in your life with 100% dedication, commitment and sincerity and have no expectations for the results. This is when you have peace of mind and are ready to accept success or failure.
